OREGON BUSINESS MUST PAY $150,000 TO HOMOSEXUAL COUPLE FOR REFUSING TO BAKE A CAKE

State also reserves the authority to shut down First Amendment right of business owners
The owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa in Gresham, Oregon, denied service to the same-sex couple because of their religious belief that homosexuality is an “abomination unto the lord.”
Action by the state of Oregon forced the business to close its doors in December.
In Oregon, the state prohibits private business from making decisions on who may or may not receive service.
“Oregonians may not be denied service based on sexual orientation or gender identity. The law provides an exemption for religious organizations and schools, but does not allow private businesses to discriminate based on sexual orientation,” Charlie Burr, the spokesman for Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, said earlier this week.
The state has set aside special rights and privileges for homosexuals. In 2007, the government enacted the Oregon Equality Act, which punishes businesses that decide they do not want to provide services to people who say they are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.
The state government of Oregon does not recognize the religious convictions of business owners.
Only institutions and registered organizations are allowed to claim religious status and avoid coercion and punishment by the state.
“Americans should not have to choose between adhering to their faith or closing their business, but that is what this decision means,” said Anna Harmon, a lawyer representing the business.
The law apparently also punishes individuals for exercising their First Amendment right, although Oregon has decided not to do so in this case.
USA Today notes the couple who own the bakery “will not be penalized for speaking about the issue on Christian television and radio programs.”

And the pendulum continues to swing further and further the other way. Now gays, muslims trangenders, blacks etc are getting all the rights, and whites, heterosexual and christians aren’t . A black can call a white person anything they want, and it is not considered racist. A homosexual can say anything they want against a heterosexual,and call us any bad name they choose, and come against a christian and defame God, christians and our faith in any way they want. One is considered a hate crime, one isn’t. You got people gatherin to support the muslims in protests, and such things as I will ride with you, whilst millions of christians world wide are persecuted and killed for their faith in mainly muslim countries. To speak against our God is not considered a religious hate crime. To use his name as a swear word is considered a normal part of the worlds vernacular. But to speak against any other religion ,especially the muslim is. And God said it would be exactly like this in the end times. We simply can no longer speak the truth anymore, because the world at large is controlled by satan and his people. And they so don’t want to hear it. Well one day when judgement comes, they will have to finally bow the knee and confess how wrong they all were, and that Yeshua is the only True God and king. And one day they will have to face him and give an account . And he will show them, and tell them exactly what his bible considered sin and wrong against him. And they wont have the governments of the world, and the illuminati backing them up and allowing them their rights. In fact when the antichrist comes to town , will be the beginning of the world finding out how much satan and his people truly hate them all. On judgement day there will be no illuminati person, no court, no satan and no demon, standing along side of them, supporting them. They will be truly on their own having to face Almighty God.
