Brian Houston on NBC’s Today Show, March 30, 2018 Hillsong senior Pastor Brian Houston is on a promotional tour for his new book, There Is More and was invited on NBC’s “Today” Show where he boldly shared the Gospel.
“In case you missed it, this past Friday I had the opportunity to share about Jesus and why ‘There Is More’ is such a timely message,”
Houston said on Instagram with a clip of his appearance.Before announcing the segment with Houston, “Today” co-host Hoda Kotb echoed the pastor’s words, saying, “God has an even bigger plan for you and all you have to do is believe and follow His guidance.”She then shared his interview with her and Kathie Lee Gifford.”People need to think bigger. God’s got such big plans for people,” Houston told the co-hosts.”
The Bible talks about Him doing exceedingly, abundant and above anything we could ever ask or think when it’s His power working in us.””My book is all about trying to get people to believe God for that, exceeded, abundant and above,” Houston said.

Editor’s Comments:
Brian’s gospel is ‘there is more’. Admittedly there is more to receive from God yes….this is true, but that’s creating or putting forward an assumption that God favours all of his creation, and that he gives beyond our wildest dreams, without addressing the sin problem.
Brian’s message of hope has been sprouted in other books of similar themes, Joel Osteen’s Your Best life Now, and Rick Warren’s — The Purpose Driven life.
So these messengers of fluff, and false hope, are peddling a false gospel, that we just do our best and God will see our intentions, and bless our efforts, our faith, and sincerity.
This is dangerously becoming a universal gospel for all!
When I was still in my teens the verse that God spoke directly to me was ‘Your Sins have made a separation between you and your God” — Isaiah 59:2
The quote from A.W. Tozer is now permanently emblazoned on my mind these days;
“The vague and tenuous hope that God is too kind to punish the ungodly has become a deadly opiate for the consciences of millions.”
This type of teaching is making a God of our own imagination. Yes God is good, but if lives our are not translated out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light, we still in our sins, and we are then accountable for every evil thought, and action.
God cannot overlook sin, and had to place the punishment or penalty on His only son Jesus Christ.
God is not our friend, but our judge, unless we place our faith and trust, and our lives in his hands
I think the title of the book ‘There is More” is incomplete. For Brian and Hillsong it really reads — “There is still more opportunity to milk this thing and make more money”
Brian Houston — New Book — New Album — There is more opportunity to make more money
On the frontpage of Hillsong’s official facebook page, there is a video with the name Jesus on it. I did look closer on the letters at it and found a hidden 666 on it. Hillsong have an another Jesus, The Antichrist! The word of faith and new age teaching promoted by Hillsong are utterly wickedness and nonsense. The false “word of faith/new age Jesus” promoted by Hillsong cannot save anyone. Hillsong =church of antichrist.
