Calf with ‘7’ on its head named ‘Baby Ben’ for Pittsburgh Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger
Published September 26, 2014
LORETTO, Pa. – Moooove over, Ben Roethlisberger. There’s a new No. 7 in western Pennsylvania.
The folks at Vale Wood Farms in Loretto have named a calf Baby Ben after the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback because the cow has a marking that looks like a No. 7 on its head.
The farm has posted the calf’s picture on its Facebook page, and WJAC-TV (http://bit.ly/1ptyWT9 ) visited the farm about 70 miles east of Pittsburgh to see what all the fuss is about.
Carissa Itle-Westrick, the director of business development for the family-owned food-and-grocery farm, is hoping Roethlisberger won’t mind.
She says, “Baby Ben is awfully cute, so hopefully Big Ben won’t mind sharing his namesake.”
The farm plans to display the calf when it opens its pumpkin patch for business next month.
The Body of Christ has become so deaf that they won’t listen to the watchman or the prophets that God is raising up for this very hour to warn the world, and the church, that the end, as well as tragic situations, are upon us. Now, He is using animals to speak to us, and it is literally chilling to the bone! Will we finally listen or will we choose to remain in our state of slumber?
Watch this stunning video, and I am sure you will agree—the things ahead are truly out of this world, and people are just NOT ready at all!
What would you do if you knew that divine judgment on your country and the world was imminent? If you are Jonathan Cahn, you write two best-selling books that detail the revelations that you have received about how the United States is already undergoing judgment and has been for more than a decade. Like a latter day prophet of the Bible, Cahn is issuing his warning that September 13, 2015might be the next key date in the ongoing series of judgments using a variety of mediums, from television to the internet, that were not available to the prophets of old.

Cahn’s first book, “The Harbinger,” dealt with clues that linked the September 11 attacks and the 2008 financial crisis to the prophetic judgments found in the Book of Isaiah as well as to an ancient Jewish custom of forgiving all debts and letting fields lie fallow every seventh year. It is the story of this Sabbath year that Cahn expounds upon in his newest book, “The Mystery of the Shemitah,” the Jewish term for the Sabbath year.
Cahn’s analysis of the relationship between the terrorist attacks of September 11 and the 2008 economic collapse turned up the astounding fact that stock market collapses in both years, which currently rank as the two largest stock market point crashes in U.S. history, occurred on the same day of the Jewish calendar. Even more remarkable is the fact that the Jewish date on which the markets collapsed was the last day of the Shemitah year, the day in which all debts were wiped away. This action would result in a situation much like a modern recession as the accumulated wealth of seven years was blotted out and agricultural production plummeted.
When Cahn looked back at previous Shemitah years, he found that the pattern extended even farther back into U.S. history. The Shemitah of September 1993 through September 1994 (the Jewish New Year starts in September on the Gregorian calendar used by the U.S.) saw a selloff in the bond market that swept around the world. In 1987, a stock market crash occurred that held the record for largest point drop in a single day until the post-9/11 crash of 2001. In 1980, the U.S. suffered a severe recession that lasted until 1982. In 1973, an oil shock brought on by the Arab oil embargo sparked another recession. In 1966, the U.S. experienced a credit crisis. In 1958, the Eisenhower Recessionwas a sharp, worldwide downturn. For more than 50 years, every Shemitah year has seen the U.S. experience financial upheaval.
In addition, the Shemitah was linked to the Great Depression as well. Although the initial stock market crash of 1929 was not in a Shemitah year, the decade of the 1930s contained two Shemitahs, 1930-31 and 1937-38. As a chart of the Dow Jones Industrial Average of the 1930s shows, 1932 was the darkest year of the Great Depression. By 1937, the recovery had begun, but country experienced a second recession within the Depression.
As Cahn points out, the law of averages would dictate that there is only a one-in-seven chance, less than a 15 percent, of a recession or crash occurring within a Shemitah. When the statistics are examined, the relationship between financial upheaval and the Shemitah is far stronger than can be explained by random chance.
The Wall St. Journal’s list of the 20 largest one day stock market crashes includes 10 that are in a Shemitah year. Nine of these crashes were in Elul, the last month of the Shemitah, or Tishri, the first month of the year that follows the Shemitah (late September or October on our calendar). A further three crashes were in months that followed (November and December). The total of 13 crashes, more than half of the crashes, is far more than the 15 percent expected.
The same list also shows that many of the largest stock market gains come in the wake of the Shemitah. If the Shemitah culminates in a recession, the recovery would be expected to begin in the first months of the new Jewish year. In all, five of the largest 20 gains occurred during a Shemitah year, which is close to the random distribution. Seven of the largest gains occurred in the wake of the Shemitah. This may reflect the extreme volatility of the markets in the Shemitah. Many economists note that sudden, sharp crashes are often followed by equally quick recoveries.
Many stock market analysts have noted the tendency of the stock market to falter in the fall of the year. This correlation may be explained by the end of Shemitah, which occurs in September, and the recovery that follows.
Additionally, the National Bureau of Economic Analysis lists 33 business cycles that have impacted the U.S. economy. A comparison of the list of business cycles to Shemitah years shows that in four cases the cycle was entirely contained within a Shemitah. In 14 cases, the cycle was partly contained within the Shemitah including three cycles which completed before the culmination of the Shemitah. The 18 cycles which were linked to the Shemitah is more than half of the U.S. business cycles.
Cahn goes further. In “The Harbinger” Cahn discussed the link between the towers of the World Trade Center and an obscure Bible verse quoted by Sen. Tom Daschle (D-S.D.) on the Senate floor on September 12, 2001. The same verse, defiantly vowing to rebuild the towers, symbols of pride, was echoed repeatedly in the following years by other government officials.
Cahn relates that the World Trade Center was conceived in the Shemitah year of 1945 when it was proposed by developer David Scholz. Groundbreaking for the World Trade Center was in the Shemitah year of 1966. In the Shemitah year of 1973, the twin towers opened as the world’s tallest buildings. In the Shemitah year of 1993, terrorists exploded a car bomb in the basement garage of the north tower, killing six people and injuring more than a thousand. Seven years later, in the Shemitah year of 2001, another group of terrorists succeeded in destroying the World Trade Center. The new tower on the World Trade Center site, One World Trade Center, also called the Freedom Tower, opened six weeks into the current Shemitah on Nov. 3, 2014.
Cahn also discusses the seventh Shemitah, the Jubilee. The 50th year, the year following the seventh Shemitah, was a “super Shemitah” that restored lands to their previous owners and set captives free. According to Cahn, no one today is sure when the Jubilee occurs, but there is another startling pattern. On November 2, 1917, British Foreign Secretary James Balfour signed the Balfour Declaration, which began the process of restoring a Jewish homeland in Palestine. This followed the 1916-17 Shemitah. Fast forward 50 years to June 7, 1967. This was the day that Israeli forces recaptured the city of Jerusalem in the Six Day War. This momentous event followed the Shemitah of 1965-66. This pattern suggests the possibility that these restorations both took place in Jubilee years.
If Cahn’s assumption is correct, the next Jubilee would follow the current Shemitah. The current Shemitah runs from September 25, 2014 through September 13, 2015 and the possible Jubilee would begin on September 14, 2015 through October 2, 2016.
Cahn points out the confluence of astronomical signs in the current Shemitah as well. The current Shemitah is associated with four blood moons, partial lunar eclipses, all of which fall on Jewish holidays. Additionally, there will be two solar eclipses. The first occurs exactly halfway through the Shemitah and the other on September 13, the last day of the Shemitah. Eclipses are often associated with judgment in the Bible.
Cahn makes no predictions about what to expect during the Shemitah and the possible Jubilee. As financial forecasts note, past performance is not indicative of future results. Nevertheless, the statistical correlation between the Shemitah and financial upheaval is a strong one. It may be worthy to note that shortly after the current Shemitah rang in, the stock market suffered a sharp downturn. At the same time, the US experienced a small panic over Ebola. What surprises does the rest of the Shemitah hold in store?

The Reason most churches don’t talk about the end times from a biblical perspective, it because their dominion theology does not line up with the gospel. The dominion theology that states the church must heal the world, make everybody christian and get rid of all social injustice to make the earth acceptable to the Lord, so he can return, is so far removed from biblical prophecy to do with the end times. So they cant teach about the end times, because it totally contradicts the great majority of churches out there false doctrines. These churches are the virgins who did not have their lamps lit, they are the people who are asleep, and not hearing Gods call.. Wonder if they are ever going to wake up ,before the antichrist comes to town. Interesting times we do live in.
more have been found
I found this one from 1947 the year Israel was founded
Thanks Brent very interesting
CAN WE REALLY TRUST JONATHAN CAHN?
The 2 cows: Cahn’s unbiblical mysteries revealed – Check out his NEWEST revelation/mystery…
http://www.charismanews.com/wo…
The problem with Cahn is multi-fold. His ministry is all about ‘revelations’, ‘mysteries’ and other mystical stuff but is it biblical?
Hmmm… Many believers hang on Cahn’s ever word and anyone who questions his prophesies or interpretations is a skeptic and not be relied upon? What happened to testing a message/interpretation/revelation/mystery to see if it lines up with scripture? I thought that was the standard that our Father teaches in His word? Perhaps before we throw the baby out with the bath water, we need to get into the Word and test this out? Yea that would be a good idea – after all we see this advice in the Old and New Testament (tanach & brit).
Over the decades I have learned to lean on the scriptures as the plumb-line of truth. The scripture is our guide. The scriptures say, Test Everything! Be like a Berean and search the scriptures to see if what is said lines up with scripture. Yeshua often stated “… the law and the prophets”, so did the Apostle Paul. Why? Because if anyone had a prophesy, message, interpretation, etc that was supposedly from our Father or deemed as truth, then anyone could check the scriptures i.e. the writings of the law and the writings of the prophets to see if this was mentioned. If we see in-context proofs in scripture about this in the law AND the prophets then that message, prophesy, etc is true. Since our Father is the same, yesterday, today and forever and that the Father and the Messiah are one, we should also see something in the New Testament as well. SOOO… do we see any of the following in scripture about 2 cows in both the Law and the Prophets or the New Testament for that matter? Consider what Cahn presents and if we find it in the scriptures.
1. So where in scripture does it say 2 cows with the number 7 on their heads will be a sign in the last days?
ANSWER: NO WHERE – we see not one shed of evidence of this. Check the words of the Messiah when He talked about the last days, end times, tribulation, etc and there is no mention of any such thing. If this was as important a mystery as Cahn says, then why didn’t Yeshua or John who wrote the book of Revelation as given to him by our Father mention it? Why do we NOT see any prophet in scripture who talks about the last days/end times talk about these 2 cows? Hmmm… So nothing in the law, prophets or New Testament supports this claim.
2. Where does it say that these cows would be born in the U.S. instead of Israel?
ANSWER: NO WHERE – since the Messiah is coming back and going to set His feet on the Mount of Olives, why don’t we see these cows in Israel? Oh yea there is no mention of any cows outside the context the Pharaoh’s dream that happened only one time. Again no prophesies by any prophets support this as a sign for any single nation or the world for that matter; neither do we see this in the law or New Testament.
3. Where does the context of Deut 19:15 change from being about people being witnesses to a crime and testifying to that fact (thus a matter is confirmed) to that of animals who cannot speak being witnesses during the end days?
ANSWER: NO WHERE – nothing in the law, prophets or New Testament supports this claim.
4. When does a red heifer that is defined by scripture as being ALL RED WITH NO OTHER COLORS suddenly change and a red heifer with white hairs is now regarded as a sign or proof of anything?
ANSWER: NO WHERE – there are no writings in the law or that of the prophets justifying such a position or conclusion. Matter of fact you can’t anything from any of the prophets that can be pulled out-of-context to support such a claim. So again nothing in the law, prophets or New Testament supports this.
5. Where in scripture does it state that the two sets of 7 cows in Pharaoh’s dream are going to represented or seen on 2 cows today?
ANSWER: NO WHERE – So again nothing in the law, prophets or by the Messiah, teacher, disciple or author of the New Testament.
6. Where in scripture do we see where such a huge mystery will be revealed only to the United States and no other countries?
ANSWER: NO WHERE – So again nothing in the law, prophets or New Testament.
7. If the world is under judgment, which scripture clearly teaches, then we should see a set of cows with the number 7 on their heads in each and every country because the WHOLE WORLD is going to be under judgment, not just the United States? Scripture states that our Father does not wish that any should perish but that all would come to salvation through the Messiah. Strange how we see in scripture that our Father declares His glory and that heaven and earth are His witnesses to all mankind but mentions NOTHING about 2 cows in one country. The majority of the people in the world don’t have access to internet technology, let along clean drinking water who how can they see these signs? Simply they cannot. So again nothing in the law, prophets or New Testament.
8. What our Father does is cyclical – things repeat again and again over time and usually according to His Sabbaths and His feast days. So do we see 2 cows with the number 7 throughout the scriptures being used as a sign again and again?
ANSWER: NO WHERE!
So for those that say I am a skeptic, perhaps you can see why?
The reason is there is NOTHING in the whole of scripture supporting such claims as those made by Cahn. Cahn says that this is a “prophetic reality” but in light of the lack of proof found in scripture, I MUST be skeptical. Cahn claims that this is the MYSTERY of the black cow, but its not black its really black AND white. That its the MYSTERY of the red heifer – but its not red its red AND white in color. He is playing so fast and loose with definitions and this cow thing and its not even funny. Hmmm… scripture says let your yes be yes and your no be no. So why is there a need to make things confusing? Our Father made things simple so a child could understand. Why do we need a ‘mystery’ of a black cow that isn’t really black or a red cow that isn’t red as a way to explain something? How come we don’t see this used by any other men of God in scripture if our Father does things in cycles? Do you understand why I am skeptical? Apart from the words of Cahn, there is NOT one shred of evidence for his claims about these 2 mysterious cows with the number 7 on their heads!
As if we need any other proof other than scripture, we can also look at the early believers and what they taught. However we don’t not see the ancient Jewish sages or early church fathers teaching about 2 cows anywhere, so how can we take this as truth? Simply we cannot if we hold to the scriptures as the word of truth!
The other problem I have with Cahn is that its ALL about the mysteries, the special revelations, etc and there is nothing about preaching the gospel. If what Cahn says is true then preaching the gospel should be at the top of the list. So should living a righteous and holy life as we are the bride that is supposed to be pure – yet we see none of that from Cahn. We also do NOT see any discipleship or teaching how to mature in the Lord, or growing in the faith. We do NOT see how to test things against & according to scripture. There is no talk about examining ourselves, dying to self or being the spiritual head of the house; or how to be a mature woman of God.
Isn’t it strange how all the things we are commanded to do in the New Testament, Cahn does not do or teach? Yea, look it up and weigh these things. Be careful on who you follow.
Please look to the word and test everything that comes across – especially in these last days.
Shalom
Stephen at http://www.graceloveobey.com
P.S. could what Cahn says be a sign? perhaps but in light of the lack of scriptures to support such a claim, I have to refrain from endorsing it as 100% truth. Remember what the Messiah said…
“Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.” 39 But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nineveh will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and indeed a greater than Jonah is here. 42 The queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and indeed a greater than Solomon is here.”
Yeshua in Matthew 12:38-42, Matthew 16:1-4.
“Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or, ‘Look, He is there!’ do not believe it. 22 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 23 But take heed; see, I have told you all things beforehand.”
Yeshua in Mark 13:21-23
Notice that Yeshua said “… I have told you ALL things beforehand” and in all the sayings, teachings and parables from our Messiah, He never mentioned 2 cows. So instead of placing my faith and hope in a ‘sign’ I will stick with what the Messiah and the scriptures say simply and clearly.
Stephen
Thanks for the outline and thoughtful questions and the consideration pf J Cahn’s ministry and message. I in fact don’t disagree with the concerns you have. I have heard him talk about repentance in various youtube clips and programmes . DVDs etc. If the USA cannot respond to such warnings then it will be judged. Cahn may not be the perfect instrument, in fact he may be nothing like the John the Baptist or the spirit of Elijah we expect him to be. But the one thing he does do is bring out the impending doom on America. He shows clearly how the self -fulfilling prophecy has been playing out for over 10 years now.
Fake prophecy (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan are crypto Jew controlled) isn’t real prophecy. The fat that Jew bin Laden (his mom and grandmother are Jewish hence he is) is helping fulfill prophecy means nothing. This is heinous the dishonesty and deception to achieve global Babylonian Talmudic Noahide law as some type of prophecy. Same thing with the Ottoman Empire falling into (Donmeh) Jewish run hands and being destroyed – another “date” in prophecy.
The fact that Palestine was invaded by Magog in 1948 should tell anyone what’s really going on. It’s not Russia, it was the Khazarians that are Magog. And Israel’s own historians and geneticists have proven it.

If their vicious barbaric mentality doesn’t prove it I don’t know what does.
The deceptions are thick on this. Seek the truth within you not within manipulated events (stocks markets are entirely controlled just like real estate markets are, bond markets are, precious metals markets are and on and on) constructed to “prove” prophecy.
About those 2 cows with a number 7 on their faces:
Have you considered that maybe the size of the 7 matters? The cow which was born first, on September 20, has a much bigger number 7 on its face. The second cow born on Sept. 25 has a very small 7 on its face.
So maybe the larger 7 signifies plenty, while the smaller 7 represents famine. The order would be 7 years of plenty, and then 7 years of famine, because of the birth order of the cows.
Best regards,
James L.
Hi James,
I hadnt really, but of course the idea was probably there in the background.
Our current financial history seems very complex, and so it may be only a sign and not a specfic period or literal 7 years.
